Refund policy
Please Note: Books often arrive to us with small dings/dents/marks that occur in route from the warehouse where the books are printed. We cannot control how they pack the books to ship to us. We carefully pack our orders to ensure no further damage but before ordering, understand that both hardcovers and paperbacks may have small imperfections.
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Unfortunately, due to logistical reasons, there are no refunds on physical merchandise (Paperbacks/hardcovers and other items).
If your order arrives damage, which is rare. J. Morales can resend within 10 days of receiving your order, with the subject "Damage paperback(s)/ hardcover," and include your name, order number, and a photo of the damage. She'll make things right. This is only for damage books not for merchandise.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
